Built on service, hard work, leadership, and responsibility to the community.
Sebastian, the owner of Skidrig, began working through the 2006 to 2008 recession and has been committed to serving his community since his teenage years. Raised with a deep sense of responsibility for his neighborhood, he learned early that real work means showing up, taking care of people, and leaving things better than you found them.
Those principles shaped him as he pursued higher education and continued building momentum in the industry. Over the years, Sebastian developed a practical foundation in hard work, discipline, and service that continues to guide the company today.
Through production scheduling, leadership, training, and field experience, he built real knowledge across equipment, jobsite coordination, and practical trade work that now benefits Skidrig clients every day.
After moving his family to southern West Virginia, Sebastian continued the work he cares about most: serving people, strengthening his community, and building something lasting. Longstanding friendships and trusted relationships also opened doors into leadership development, negotiation training, and deeper study in craft, covenant, and responsibility.
Today, his goal is not only to provide dependable work for every customer, but also to help train young men, invest in the next generation, and build a lasting legacy for his children and their future.
